Pinhole Photography -
A pinhole camera is one of the easiest way to take a nice photo without breaking the bank. It is incredibly simple as the only things you need are a tin (like a Cadbury hot chocolate tin), a needle, black spray paint,
black duct tape and photo paper.
First you have to spray paint black inside the tin, then let that dry. After, you will need to poke a very small hole on the tin and this will let the light go into the tin exposing the Photo Paper. Then we will seal the top with Black Duct Tape, this will prevent letting any light into the tin from the top which would destroy the Photo Paper, and that is how to make a pinhole camera.
To take a photo you would have to put the Photo Paper inside the tin (you have to be in a dark place while doing this), and that's why a tin with a lid is very good. then when leaving the dark place you must cover the hole with your hand. When you find the place you want to take the photo place it down on something stable then move your hand allowing light into the tin. Then you go back to the dark place and remove the photo paper and put it into the fixer and stopper chemicals. Then on Photoshop invert the photo after scanning it in, this reverses the colour.
This works as the light that bounces off the object goes through the hole onto the paper, which means it will be upside down when you take the paper out, however there won't be any colour on the paper which would make a nice monochrome image.
Some examples include of Abelardo the first one, Willie Anne Wright is the second one, and Adam Fuss is the third and they are all fairly famous pinhole photographers.

I choose these photos as they were ones I really enjoyed. Abelardo's one I really liked because of it's abstract nature, I also like the reflection of the huge 60's-80's style advertisements. I like Anne Wright's one because of the objects which might have meant something to her as she grew up in the Southern states of America more specifically, Virginia. My favourite is Fuss' due to the black gradient border, this adds a very interesting feel to the image and the nice Roman/Greek style statue in the centre.
